We are three bungalows. When we are full, these are our neighbours.
Lonely Beach runs from hostel dorms to small boutique resorts, and most of it is within a few hundred metres of us. If we are booked out — which happens from December through February — this list is a genuine starting point rather than a competitor scoreboard.

The closest of all of them, thirty-five metres up the lane, with a bar at the front.
Lonely Beach Pool Resort
Garden bungalows with a pool, thirty-five metres down the lane. One of the cheaper places with a pool on this side.
Exotic Bungalows
Fifty metres away, with a pool and the Hangover restaurant and bar attached.
Janin Resort
Bungalows on Soi 3, a couple of doors along from us.

Guest house 2 minutes away — Wi-Fi.
Jungle Fever
Dorm beds and private rooms around a pool, a hundred metres up the lane. The liveliest of the places right next to us.
Magic Garden
Thatched rooms behind the restaurant of the same name, here longer than most of the island.
BB Lonely Beach Hostel
Restaurant 2 minutes away — tables outside, Wi-Fi.

A guest house on Soi Tian Chai 2, two minutes up from us.

A guest house on the same short soi as Oom, two minutes away.
Little Eden
Eleven fan bungalows and cottages on Soi 3, kept in good order. One of the cheaper places on this side.
Nature Beach Resort
On the sand at the northern end: thatch and boutique bungalows, an infinity pool, and the beachfront kitchen and bar that people walk up here for.
OYO 695 My Hostel
Dorm beds and a few private rooms at the southern end. Walk-in prices.
Bee Sleep Hostel Lonely Beach
A small concrete hostel set back in the greenery, five minutes from the sand. No breakfast, and guests keep saying the owners are the reason to stay.
Paradise Cottage Resort & Restaurant
Thirty fan and air-conditioned rooms on the rocky shore, with a pool. Wide price range.
Bamboo Cottage BUNGALOW
Simple cottages set back from the road, four minutes up the lane.

A hillside resort of stone and wooden bungalows, with a restaurant built up in the trees.

A small resort by the sea on Soi 2, with both fan and air-conditioned bungalows.

Around the headland on Bailan, the next bay south — a longer walk, and quieter for it.
